At Beats.org, we believe every living creature plays a vital role in the rhythm of our planet. Our mission is to protect biodiversity and safeguard endangered species through impactful campaigns, community education, and hands-on conservation projects. From restoring critical habitats and reducing pollution to supporting wildlife rescue initiatives, our programs are designed to create real, lasting change for both ecosystems and the species that depend on them.
Supporting biodiversity and species protection
Each campaign we run focuses on a specific environmental challenge — whether it’s protecting marine life from plastic waste, preserving native forests that shelter threatened species, or advocating for stronger environmental laws. By combining science-based solutions with community engagement, we empower individuals and organisations to take action for a more sustainable future.
Through partnerships with conservation groups, schools, and local communities, Beats.org amplifies awareness and inspires a collective movement to restore balance to our planet. Every project, donation, and volunteer effort contributes to a healthier, more harmonious world — one where nature can thrive and biodiversity continues to beat strong for generations to come.
“It is that range of biodiversity that we must care for – the whole thing, rather than just one of two stars”. David Attenborough
Our Current Campaigns
Join the Campaign to Save Our Wildlife
Every day, wildlife carers like Majella in our Aussie Outback, work tirelessly to rescue, heal, and release injured native animals back into the wild — often with little more than determination and love. Your support can help provide food, shelter, and medical care for countless animals in need, while restoring vital habitats where they can safely return home.
Together, we can protect Australia’s unique wildlife and give them the second chance they deserve.

WIRES Pouch Project
When young wombats, wallabies, kangaroos, bandicoots, gliders or possums come into care, they need to be kept warm, safe, and quiet — just like they would be in their mother’s pouch.
That’s where the incredible carers at WIRES (NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service) step in.
These carers are always in need of suitable handmade pouches to comfort and nurture the animals while they recover.
Each pouch has a purpose — some cradle two or three tiny ringtails, others are perfect for growing brushtail joeys, and smaller ones gently hold very young bandicoots.
So, a variety of sizes are always welcome and put to good use.

Clarence Valley Rehibilitation
Recently, a ceremony celebrating the collection of soil samples brought together community members, environmental groups, and university partners to recognise the significance of this research for both land and biodiversity protection.
This project highlights how science and community action come together to ensure a sustainable future — from maintaining healthy farmlands to supporting responsible development that respects the environment.

Anthropomorphism Campaign
The Anthropomorphism campaign to highlight biodiversity challenges in Australia, with one image a day for 20 days.
We’ve just finished the campaign and it’ll be fascinating to reflect, see how successful this experiment has been for our small NFP and what lessons we can take away from it. Generative AI certainly offers some new and unique ways to reach audiences.
